Aquisition Criteria

Brijus Properties is actively seeking value-added acquisitions in the $2,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00 range. Brijus will consider the following property types:

• Office mid-rise class “B” and “C” properties with significant vacancies
• Urban retail class “B” and “C” properties with or without significant vacancy
• Medical office properties
• Rehabilitation and development opportunities
• Mixed-use properties
• Notes secured by real estate

Brijus is also seeking co-investment opportunities with companies that have a value–added opportunity under contract. Geographically, Brijus is seeking properties in downtown Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
