Brijus Properties is a Chicago-based commercial
real estate investment and development firm whose main focus is
on value-added real estate acquisitions, redevelopment projects
and new development opportunities. The company will consider
all property types but mainly focuses on office properties. In
addition, the company will also invest in mortgage notes secured
by real estate.
We seek out-of-favor and complex investment opportunities as a method
to create value by:
- Purchasing properties well below replacement costs
- Re-developing older, under-performing properties
- Utilizing local and federal
government assistance programs, (i.e.TIF) and federal tax credits
- Subdividing larger mixed-use assets
